Service Description
A 3% online payment processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card, debit card, or online payment method. This fee helps cover the cost charged by the payment processor for securely handling electronic transactions. To avoid this fee, clients may choose to pay by cash, check, or another approved no-fee payment method.
Cancellation Policy
The Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation of premises is cancelled prior to the Rental Period. IF the cancellation request is made within sixty (60) days prior to the rental period and the lessee has made final payment, THEN the balance for the rental price will be forfeited to the lessor upon cancellation and the Security Deposit will be fully refunded. Any cancellations made less that thirty (30) days prior to the event, will forfeit the entire rental fee collected and security deposit.
